Seriousy, people, there are only 1 or 2 in the entire list that have at least one African country as Country of expertize. This seems only a list of expert of Australia, Europe, India and Thailand….calling a person “world travel expert” based on the number of countries visited seems to me a bit reductive, if the countries are also all the same for almost all of these people of the list looks just like another of the travel bloggers typical ways to speak ony about yourself!
I know people that are not on this list who are much more expert of the world than me and all you put together…but this is another story!

  Point taken. If you’ve got any suggestions, would love to hear them.
  I would say around 60 to 70% have been to at least one country in Africa.
  I would like to know these people who are more traveled than the people listed here, perhaps I can add them for the next update.

    Have to agree with Leif here. Most of these travellers have been to Africa, myself included (twice) however our expertise is based on the countries we know best and have spent most time in. Everyone knows Africa is the number one continent for safaris and for visiting school kids and meeting hundreds of screaming happy children but not necessarily the best continent to live in especially for working online. It’s a fairly comprehensive list of people on here from a range of backgrounds and industries, all who have a passion for long term travel and glad to be included. Safe travels. Jonny

  This is deja vu all over again. I was selected as number 100 in Nomadic Samuel’s inaugural top 100 travel bloggers, but fell off the top 100 with the next installment and have been reeling ever since dealing with depression and loss of prestige. I am sure the same will happen here with the next revision. Thanks for including me, but I know it will be tough to deal with when I fall out of the top 100 in September. Haha, just kidding and thanks for the mention and compiling this list. It is in honor to be on the same URL as many of these other travelers and motivates me to see more of the world.
